TJ Salta (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through T.J.’s website, booking inquiries, and Inner Circle mailing list.
1. Information We Collect
Booking inquiries: your first and last name, email address, optional company and phone number, and the event details or other information you include in your message.
Inner Circle signups: your first name and email address, your agreement to receive updates, and the date, source, and wording of that consent.
Hosting and security services may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, and requests to the website. Our forms use a temporary hashed identifier derived from your IP address to limit spam and repeated submissions.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use inquiry information to review booking or media requests and communicate with you about your message. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
When you separately opt in to the Inner Circle, we save your signup to send T.J.’s news, show announcements, and updates. Signups are currently being collected; newsletter delivery has not yet launched. We also use information to operate and protect the website and maintain records of your preferences.
We do not sell, rent, or trade the personal information you submit through these forms.
3. Storage, Service Providers & Retention
The new website and forms use Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare database accessible to authorized administrators. Some existing pages, including this policy page, remain hosted on Wix during the transition. These providers may process information to deliver hosting, storage, and security services.
We retain information for as long as needed to respond to inquiries, manage mailing-list preferences, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion as described below. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
4. Videos, Cookies & External Services
The new site uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced video embeds. Loading or interacting with a player may allow YouTube to process technical and viewing information and use cookies or similar technologies. Wix-hosted pages may also use cookies and similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; limiting them may affect some features.
Ticket purchases take place through Ticketmaster, not through our forms. We do not collect payment-card information on this website. YouTube, Ticketmaster, and other external services handle information under their own privacy policies.
5. Disclosure of Information
Information may be accessed by T.J.’s authorized team and service providers as needed for the purposes above. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of the website.
6. Your Choices & Privacy Requests
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or withdraw your newsletter consent, through our inquiry form. Begin your message with “Privacy request” or “Unsubscribe” and provide the email address associated with your record. Please do not include sensitive identification documents.
We may need to verify your request before acting on it. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to restrict or object to processing or receive a copy of your data. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
7. Children
Our inquiry and mailing-list forms are intended for people aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information through these forms from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us through the inquiry form so we can review and remove it.

We may update this policy as the website and mailing list develop. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
